If you stay comfortable, you won't progress. If you keep doing what you're doing, well, you'll keep looking like you look. It also takes stepping outside of your comfort zone to find what drives you. 

Getting on stage, though taxing, can be very rewarding. It takes a fighting spirit to make it through. It's NOT an easy journey. If you combine these three elements, you will achieve your goals: self-discipline, sacrifice, and commitment.



Competitors are not the only ones with a need to change their bodies, I coach everyone from those who want to lose weight to people who need to get healthy due to a medical condition. I don't discriminate. I do, however, want every client of mine to see their program through and follow my diet and training plans as best as possible to achieve their maximum results. Through trainer/client communication, every goal can be accomplished. I want to teach each and every client as much as possible so they can understand the reasons why they are doing what I am having them do.



Knowledge is power. I dedicated most of my adult life to learning the anatomy and physiology of the human being. I also gravitated in college to psychology and human behavior. The combination of my understanding of both the mental and physical being helps me to better coach and assess the client I am working with. I am a big believer in balance in life, a balanced diet, and balance in training. The key is to keep the body healthy and the metabolism constantly stimulated. Let's preserve the muscle and burn the fat.



There is nothing stopping you but you. If you feel like you're stuck, I'm here. I work hard to help everyone achieve their potential. I will continue on my personal journey to teach what I know best. Every certification, every seminar, and every book read was studied to help best accommodate my client's individual needs.



If you believe it, you can achieve it. That's always been my motto. I love a confident person. Confidence comes from experience. It comes from being able to pick yourself up after falling down. ALL PACKAGE RULES:

All show prep packages include one (1) posing session per month. Additional posing sessions will be charged seperate.

Emails and texts will be answered in 24-48 hours.

Phone calls will be taken between the hours of 9 am - 7 pm. If I do not answer allow me 24 hours. If you cannot reach me via phone, please text or email questions or concerns in detail. I will return the call or text as soon as I can.
