THE PERFECT TOTAL BODY WORKOUT
The kettlebell has long been a training tool of the USSR for over 100 years and is now, again, gaining popularity in the USA. It is a weight with a U shaped handle attatched and this handle is what makes the kettlebell so unique. This handle changes the placement of the COG(center of gravity) and trains your body in a functional way ,that is momentum driven, just like real life situations. The basic exercise is the double arm swing. This works legs, abs, heart and lungs. The Turkish get up works shoulders, back, arms, legs and chest. Cleans and presses also take care of the torso followed by snatches that work the entire body. These exercises are all you need to get the most bang for your kettlebell buck. So look into training with the same method that was a gaurded secret of the Russian military. My body is much more defined and powerful than it was from regular cardio and weight training without dieting and the dishonor of hours of aerobics.
